Request for Information for Supply of Two Service Trucks for Meandu Mine

⁠⁠⁠Stanwell Corporation Limited (“Stanwell”) is seeking to procure two (2) articulated service trucks (“Service Trucks”) as replacements for the existing service truck fleet utilised at Meandu Mine Site. The Service Trucks will provide support in the form of diesel refuelling, filling of lubrication levels and provide other ancillary services to the fleet of mining equipment operated on Meandu Mine Site (“Meandu Fleet”).

It is Stanwell’s expectation that the Service Trucks to be acquired will ensure an increase in reliability, productivity and overall ability to provide a higher level of support to the Meandu Fleet.

The purpose of this Request for Information (“RFI”) is for Stanwell to obtain further information from suppliers able to demonstrate that they have offerings which can meet Stanwell’s requirements (as set out in Part 2) and in addition provide any innovative options that are new to the market.

Please note that Stanwell is seeking submissions from suppliers capable of supplying a complete offering (e.g. Vehicle and Service Module).Both new and second hand options are encouraged however please note conditions regarding second hand options as further outlined in Part 2 of this RFI.
