Manly Council invites interested Parties to submit proposals for the fitout and operation of the cafe/kiosk within the new state of the art facility due to open in June 2016.

The term of the proposed lease is for three (3) Years with an option of a further two (2) Years however longer lease terms may be considered.

Completed proposals must be provided as three (3) hard copies (no ring binders or bulky documents and limited to 50 pages) plus one (I) electronic copy to Alex Herbert of Brain & Poulter, Suite 102, Level1 250 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000; or the submissions may be delivered in sealed envelope to the physical tender box at: Manly Council Customer Service counter at 1 Belgrave Street. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
