Marrickville Council invites submissions, from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for roof renewal and improvements at St. Peters Town Hall, including:

* Remove slate roof and replace with insulated metal roofing
* Provide acoustic insulation in ceiling space
* Paint existing timber fascias
* Install fall arrest system
* Install membrane to entry portico roof
* Install rainwater tank and metal fence

Tenderers are required to: Demonstrate their capacity; financial and technical capability for delivering products and services; have had previous experience on similar sized projects; and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

There will be an optional site inspection meeting, to be held at 12noon on  22nd March, 2016 (please wear appropriate PPE gear) at 37-39 Unwins Bridge Road, Sydenham.
