Project Background & Scope of Works
Registrations of Interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced landscape contractors to undertake construction of landscaping works to Stage 1 at Cassia Glades in Kwinana, a 414 lot Housing Authority land development project managed by Satterley Property Group.
The scope of works within the project is for the construction of hard and soft landscaping and irrigation to Stage 1 areas of the estate, including key entry statements.
Interested parties may obtain tender documents from 9.00am on 8th March 2016 by email request from lindas@satterley.com.au.
Registrants shall provide a full tender submission as outlined within the tender package. Upon tender assessment completion, the successful tenderer will be appointed within one week of the tender closing date and all parties will be advised of the outcome at this time.
Submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Cassia Glades - Tender - Landscape Construction Services Stage 1 Cassia Glades”, to the address below by 2:30pm on Tuesday 22nd March 2016.
