Renovation of one (1) bedroom unit located at 75-83 Sircom Street, Croydon.

General Scope of Works
1. Bedroom 1 - Repair window, fan and sliding door, install new built in cupboards & flooring (flooring to match living room current flooring) and new spilt air conditioning unit.
2. Kitchen - Install new kitchen & appliances including dishwasher, stovetop, and oven and range hood.
3. Lounge - Fix fire alarm & replace sliding door to bedroom with a hinged door.
4. Bathroom - Install new shower including shower door, new sink & fittings and a new window blind.
5. Toilet - Install new toilet.
6. Laundry - Install new taps.
7. Rear of Unit - Build and install a framed privacy screen to divide Unit 2 & Unit 3.
8. General - Repaint house internally & externally removing all blank covers for electrical, remove all hooks on walls and patch, install new curtains, shampoo lounge and check all windows & fans to ensure they are all functional.

All works must also conform to the detailed requirements of works provided at the time of inspection.
