Renovation of one (1) bedroom unit located at 75-83 Sircom Street, Croydon.
General Scope of Works
1. Bedroom 1 - Repair window & fan, install new built in cupboards & flooring (flooring to match living room current flooring).
2. Kitchen - Install new kitchen & appliances including dishwasher, stovetop, and oven and range hood.
3. Bathroom - Install new shower, sink & new fitting and a new window blind.
4. General - Repaint house internally & externally, install new curtains and shampoo lounge.
All works must also conform to the detailed requirements of works provided at the time of inspection.
