The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the New GLA Teaching and Administration Project at Calliope State School, located at 14 Stirrat Street, Calliope QLD 4680.

Tender Submissions will be accepted from Building Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 with Quality Assurance, current QBCC builders licence and previous school experience.

Please email David Honeywill at Honeywill Consulting (david@honeywill.com.au) with your PCQ certificate, company QBCC licence details. A link with the Tender Documents will be emailed to Building Contractors that meet the tender requirements for this project and that have previous experience working in schools.

A site inspection will be held on Thursday 10 March 2016 at 12:30pm.

Submissions close on the 30th of March 2016 at 3:00pm - tender responses are to be emailed in PDF format.

Important: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
