Renovation of three (3) bedroom house located at 50 Samwell Street, Croydon.
General Scope of Work
* Lay new vinyl floor coverings throughout house.
* Fit new kitchen
* Fit new bathroom
* Fit new toilet
* Remove and re sheet timber internal paneling
* Remove old air conditioning and install new air conditioners to bedroom 2 & 3.
* Repair all fascia’s and bargeboards.
All works must also conform to the detailed requirements of works provided at the time of inspection.
