Tender Description
The city is seeking professional services from suitably qualified consultants to finalise a Structure Plan for the area bound by Townshend Road / Haydn Button Drive, Railway Parade, Thomas Street and Churchill Avenue (Colloquially known as North Subiaco).
The Structure Plan will be finalised on the basis of the North Subiaco Town Planning and Urban Design Study endorsed by Council on 2nd December 2014 and will ensure that development within the North Subiaco precinct complements the activity and development in the Subiaco Activity Centre and does not undermine its function as a Secondary Centre.
