Tenders are requested for the construction of a new school building for the Australian Christian College - Moreton at 34 Cottrill Road, Caboolture.
The new building will accommodate 11 state of the art classrooms, a services block and 63 car spaces in an external on grade car parking area. The site has already been cleared and has level access from the street and car park.
Tenderers are expected to be experienced in the construction of school buildings of this type and scale and should direct their registration of interest via e-mail to s.lea@lippmann.com.au.
Tenderers will then receive access to a link containing the tender documentation.
Tenders will close on April 4, 2016.
A lump sum contract for the building is expected to be signed in April for immediate commencement.
