The successful service provider will be engaged for a period of around 18-24 months to assist with the implementation of a wide range of regulatory reform measures across the NSW mining sector, including:

* Identifying health and safety risks across the NSW mining sector from a regulatory perspective
* to develop corresponding intervention strategies and resource deployment models
* how to use the ICMM critical controls work for managing principal mining hazards as a safety regulator and

coaching and mentoring of key regulatory staff.
