⁠⁠⁠Procurement Australia on behalf of all its members invites tenders from qualified parties to be part of a panel of providers for the supply and delivery of IT Products & Services commencing 1st July 2016 and ending 30th June 2018 with an option to extend the Deed for a further one (1) year.

The Tenderers may tender for any one category, any combination of categories or the total requirement.

A complete range of products and services as defined is sought to fulfil the requirements of Procurement Australia Members in the following Categories:

Category 5 IT Infrastructure (including Networking & Storage)
Category 6 IT Services (including Leasing)

Category 9 Payment Card Industry Data Security
Category 1 Mobile IT Devices

Category 2 consists of the supply and delivery of IT hardware products including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Desktops (Standard, Workstations , Thin Client);
2. Servers (Blade and Rack Tower);
3. Monitors;
4. Printers;

6. Pre Delivery Services and Associated Services;
7. Hardware Maintenance Services;
8. Audio Visual Products.
Category 3 IT Software

This Category includes the supply and delivery of IT Software including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Microsoft
2. Virtualisation Software and Appliances
3. Design & Creativity
4. Engineering and Design
5. Security and Threat Protection
6. Backup, Data Loss Replication and Archive
7. Other Software
Category 4 Hosting/Cloud Services

Procurement Australia invites submissions from vendor who can provide the following services:
1. SaaS (Software as a Service)
2. PaaS (Platform as a Service)
3. IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
4. SCS (Specialist Cloud Services (Consultancy))
5. Data Centre Services
6. Big Data & DevOps
Category 5 IT Infrastructure (including Networking & Storage)
Category 6 IT Services (including Leasing)

Category 6 requires the provision of IT Services including, but not limited to, the following:
1. General IT Services;
2. Specialist IT Services;
3. WiFi Services;
4. Leasing Services.
Category 7 Business Telephone Systems & Services

Category 7 consists of the supply and delivery of Business Telephone Systems & Services including, but not limited to the following:
1. Equipment: Switch (PBX - Private Automatic Branch Exchange), Handsets, Support Agreements
2. Computer Telephony (CT), including Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
