Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Renwick St Playground Upgrade.
The tenderer will be required to carry out the demolition of the existing playground and landscape, plus the construction of a new playground and landscaping features. All in accordance with Council's specifications and contract requirements.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
Tenders close at 11.00 am AEST on Tuesday 22 March 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
