Upgrade works to the existing uncovered sale yards will include the following:

* Soft floor with rubber, 2 new roof structures approx. 14,400m², removal of overhead power poles & provide adequate lighting within the roof.
* Renovate existing amenities including toilet at weighbridge.
* Walkway & staircase upgrade in order to comply with relevant legislation.
* Replace wooden rails with steel rails.
* Effluent recycling system upgrade in order to fully comply with the EPA requirement.
* Remove existing round concrete selling area & install new pens.
* Improve cattle forcing yard prior scales & install guillotine lifting gates.
* Install grid & gate with AVdata entry gate.
* Install a driver lunch room, new shower & disabled toilet facilities.
* Upgrade to the parking area & site beautification
