Scope
Works beyond completed stormwater works including:
* Instant turf placement and establishment recently installed irrigation and drainage areas.
* Sportsfield lighting.
* Carpark construction.
* Fencing.
* Soft and hard landscaping.
* Amenities block supply and installation.
* Playspace and Fitness Loop
There will be a Site Briefing on 10 March 2016 at 10:00 am. Meeting at ther corner of Frost Road and Brown Terrace, at the Vicinity of UBD reference - Map 71 D7
Issue Of Documents
There has been a delay in the issue of the documents.
The closing date and site briefing date will be adjusted in the documents when issued.
The expected release of the documents will be Thursday 3 March 2016.
The Tenderer is advised by downloading the Attached forward notice; you will receive an email notification when the documents are ready for download.
