Tender Description
The State of Queensland, acting through Queensland Treasury, is inviting responses to the Invitation for Expressions of Interest (Invitation for EOI) for the Social Benefit Bonds Pilot Program (Pilot Program).
Parties who have the experience, capability and capacity to participate in the Pilot Program and who propose a social benefit bond in one or more of the identified Focus Areas (re-offending, homelessness and issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) are invited to respond by the closing time of 2pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on 24 March 2016.
The Invitation for EOI and the appended Statement of Opportunities can be downloaded via the “Download Now” link in Section 3 below. The Statement of Opportunities contains information on the identified Focus Areas. Potential Respondents may therefore benefit from reading the Statement of Opportunities prior to the Invitation for EOI to determine if they are interested in participating in the Pilot Program.
