H2S Services

BP DAPL has been awarded four (4) exploration permits in the Ceduna basin, in the Great Australian Bight (GAB). The GAB Drilling Project program is to drill 4 exploration wells, in this remote location, with the blocks being approximately 400 km west of Port Lincoln and 300 km southwest of Ceduna in South Australia. Drilling of the first 2 wells is scheduled to commence in 4th quarter 2016, followed by a technical review before drilling the additional 2 wells.

There is a requirement for H2S Services, including provision of any personnel, appropriate tools and equipment necessary to perform the field work, including but not limited to:
* Provision of Breathing Air Systems;
* Provision of Gas Detection Systems;
* Provision of Training for Equipment;
* Creation of H2S Contingency Plan following the recommendations of API RP49;

The contract term for ad-hoc services would be for twelve (12) months with an additional two (2) x twelve (12) months options. The procurement process for this new contract will need at least 3 months to complete, with the expected date of contract award at the start of Q3 2016, with operations anticipated to commence in October 2016.
