Registration of Interest

The ACT Government invites interested private sector parties to participate in a registration of interest (ROI) process for the provision of approximately 13,000 square metres of leased office accommodation in Dickson.

It is proposed that Block 2 Section 33 be sold by tender with a pre-commitment by the ACT

Government to lease the office space in a new building. The lease office space will accommodate a number of ACT Government Directorates as well as provide shopfront and back of house facilities for Access Canberra.

Organisations wishing to obtain a copy of the relevant documents are asked to register their interest, including their company name and key contact details through: governmentoffice@act.gov.au

The closing date for submissions is 5.00pm, 31 March 2016.
