Tender Description
The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from experienced and qualified companies or persons for the provision of supplementary survey services within the City of South Perth.
The City invites suitably qualified persons, companies or organisations to submit tenders for the Provision of Supplementary Survey Services within the City of South Perth. These Services will be in the form of full feature surveys, cadastral surveys and GPS collection for the design /capture of engineering, drainage and other nominated assets.
The scope of work will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Supplementary Surveying Services are to be in the form of feature surveys, drainage surveys and GPS collection for the design/capture of engineering and drainage assets and cadastral surveys.
2. Surveys are to be supplied in TAB and AutoCAD 2010 format, as directed by the Traffic & Design Coordinator. All data being fully edited and free from error contoured and ready for review by Traffic & Design. Any error or failure to meet the scope of works will be returned for rectification and be benchmarked on performance. Rectification of erroneous data is to be rectified by the tenderer at their own cost. An AutoCAD proof plan showing all details and descriptions is also required.
3. Within the South Perth City Council areas.
A copy of the Tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City's e-tendering portal (see option below).
Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City's e-tendering portal no later than the closing times.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail hand delivered or by telephone will not be accepted for evaluation. Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
