Mackay Regional Council invites submissions for the management and maintenance of the Paget Transfer Station.

The Site for the Services is the area defined as the Paget Transfer Station, and generally includes:
(a) The Transfer Hall;
(b) The access roads and pavements and exit roads pavement areas up to the edge of the other defined areas (RRF, Green Waste Operations Site, Transport Hardstand and Gatehouse Site);
(c) All of the grassed and landscaped areas within the Paget WMC; and
(d) The drainage assets including the stormwater treatment device at the rear of the Green Waste Operations Site, but noting that the Green Waste services contractor is responsible for the operational maintenance of that asset.
