Tender Description
Suction Piles Installation:
Subcontractor will lift (from cargo barge) & install 72 suction piles weighing from 400 to 600 tons each, at water depth between 400 and 600m (preliminary information as design is still in progress).
Mooring Lines Pre-Lay :
Subcontractor will lift (from cargo barge) more than 200 Kilometers of mooring lines at water depth between 400 and 600m.
Recovery of the Mooring Lines & Hook-up onto three floating units.
Schedule:
These activities will be held during several campaigns between 2020 and 2022.
Subcontractor:
* Is responsible of the Installation Engineering
* Shall perform offshore load out of mooring components (piles and mooring lines) from cargo barge, near site location
* Shall perform installation of mooring components (piles, mooring lines) and hook-up of mooring lines
Requirements:
Subcontractor must:
* Have “Heavy Lift Vessel” (HLV) with crane capacity and DP II (Dynamic Positioning class 2) system to perform the installation works.
* Have vessels with BP (Bollard pull) capacity for the pre-tensioning of mooring lines.
* Have experience in anchor system installation.
