Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Design and construction upgrade works to the Singleton Stockyards.

The works will include:
* All structural, civil, mechanical and electrical design as per the developed concept.
* Installation of a roof structure over the sales facilities, covering up to 15,000m2(approx), including new walkways, platforms (buyers and auctioneers) and stairs.
* Refurbishment of the existing kiosk / office building, including upgrading the existing amenities.
* Implementation of a new water reticulation and harvesting system, including large water storage tanks for re-use of stormwater onsite, drastically improving the existing effluent management system.
* Roadworks, Earthworks and Concrete works.
* Installation of soft flooring for the well being of the cattle as well as new water troughs.
* Installation of new gates, fences and cattle handling equipment.
