Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement with one or more Registered Training Organisations for the delivery of the People Matters Program to eligible Customers. The Program is a behavioural change program that provides team leaders across the Queensland public sector with practical skills to manage people in the workplace and common workforce challenges. The Program is specifically designed to develop the leadership skills of first-time supervisors and managers.
