Request for Tenders for Plant Hire

⁠⁠⁠Wakool Shire Council invites Tenders from Plant Operators and Materials Haulage Operators available to provide various plant items for hire and haulage of material on an as-required basis. Operators on the current Contracts from the last round of August 2015 need not submit a Tender unless if they have new plant items not previously listed.

Terms and Conditions which will apply to plant and operators and these are detailed in the in the Contract Documents. Tenderers will be required to complete Contract Documents including Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4. Council will enter into an Agreement with successful operators who comply with the requirements who will then be placed on the Council’s Contract Plant Hire Register.

Council reserves the right to accept all or no Tender on the basis of price, suitability of equipment or operator, or failure to comply with Tender requirements. No guarantee of any amount of work hours is implied.

Contract Documents: The Contract Documents may be collected from the Shire Office at 20 Tualka Terrace, Moulamein NSW 2733, or downloaded below.

Deadline: Tenders close on 6 April 2016 at 10:00am

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged by e-mail to tenders@wakool.nsw.gov.au, deposited into the tender drop-in box at Council’s Moulamein Offices on Tualka Terrace, Moulamein or by post to Private Bag 40 Moulamein NSW 2733. Tenders should be clearly labelled “C2015-2016-017 - Request for Tenders for Plant Hire”. Tenders submitted in any other way will not be accepted. It is responsibility of Tenderers to ensure that Tenders are submitted on time. Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
