Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Civic Centre Foyer Cafe (with a Social Enterprise Outcome) at 260 Liverpool Road Ashfeld NSW 2131

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitability qualified providers of café/hospitality services either experienced or new for the provision and operation of a café in Council’s foyer preferably with the ability to support a social return to the community.

Following the Expressions of Interest process, Ashfield Council will invite tenders from suitably qualified applicants via a Selective Tendering method.

A public briefing session about the EOI will be held on:-

Venue: Ashfield Council, 260 Liverpool Road Ashfield

Ashfield Council intends to enter into a retail lease for the café space.
