* Construction of 210 m of 1.5 m wide concrete footpath
* Construction of 13.6 m2 of asphalt driveway sections
* Removal of existing infrastructure
* 4 pedestrian access ramps
* Associated stormwater works
* General reinstatement.
* 6 month maintenance period.
