Defence are seeking Managing Contractor services for projects at Larrakeyah Barracks and HMAS Coonawarra, located at Darwin NT. At the time of issuing the Tender Documents, the J0109 Larrakeyah Barracks Redevelopment project scope includes upgrading engineering services across the Base, providing new buildings for NORFORCE and a Multi User Facilities as well as refurbishments to the other ranks mess, living in accommodation and gymnasium plus upgrading marine structures at HMAS Coonawarra. The N2238 Facilities to Support Naval Operations in the North will provide a new outer wharf and enhanced Defence Fuel Installation at HMAS Coonawarra.
