Mackay District Special School Additional Accommodation Block and Related Works

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for a 2-Level Teaching Block to be constructed at an operational Special School in Mackay.

Tender Submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating of Level 3 and AS/NZS ISO 9001 with eligibility to work in Mackay/Whitsunday region.

Tender documentation is available from Wednesday, 17th February 2016. Tenderers are firstly required to confirm their PQC rating to the Project Manager by email ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. The Project Manager will then confirm whether the documents may be made available.

A mandatory site inspection is to be held on Tuesday, 1st March 2016 at 8:30am.
