Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the Hurstville Library Courtyard Modification and Archive Storage Facility Construction works. Work will include but not be limited to the following:
* Additional multi-purpose meeting rooms at ground floor level; and
* An archival storage area in the lower ground floor level.
Tender documents may be obtained as from 9am Wednesday, 17 February 2016 by registering via the E-Tendering Portal: www.tenderlink.com/hurstville.

GST (Tender fee $200, Credit Card and Tenderlink charges) to download this document. Alternatively Tender documents can be obtained after paying a non-refundable fee of $200 incl. GST from the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville.
Submissions should be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box at www.tenderlink.com/hurstville, alternatively tenders may be submitted in a sealed envelope marked to the undersigned and endorsed ‘Private and Confidential - RFT No. 15/509 - Hurstville Library Courtyard Modification and Archive Storage Facility’ and placed in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville by 2pm Wednesday, 23 March 2016.
Only tender submissions received from tenderers who have purchased the tender document online or from the Customer Services Centre will be considered. Tenderers must include in their tender submission, a proof copy of their tender purchase and/or downloaded receipt.
The canvassing of Councillors or staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the Closing Date and Time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing tenders in accordance with the Conditions of Tender. The lowest tender or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
