Invitation To Tender For - The Construction Of King George Park Amenities Building Tender No. T03-16

Please note the tender documents will not be available until midday Tuesday 16th February.

Tenders close at 11.00 am on Friday, 11 March 2016.

The main scope of works include the:
* Construction of a new purpose built sporting amenities building consisting of an accessible toilet, male and female WCs, meeting room, storage and undercover kiosk and BBQ area;
* Associated landscaping works including new accessible pathway, two accessible parking spaces, landscape planting;
* Demolition of existing amenities building once construction and occupation of new buildings has been completed

The lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Faxed, emailed or verbal Tenders will not be considered.
