Woolgoolga to Ballina, Building Conditions Surveys, Sections 3 to 6A (Glenugie to Devils Pulpit)

⁠⁠⁠This is a Quality Assurance Contract.

Suitably qualified consultants are invited to tender for building condition surveys. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, producing building condition reports to define the existing condition and comment on the structural integrity of the particular building/structure. The inspections and reporting must be conducted in accordance with AS4349.1 and all other relevant legislation and standards.

This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful applications being awarded. This is a joint Federal and State funded project.

The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) apply to this project. These documents are available at www.employment.gov.au/BuildingCode.

It is a requirement for this project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme at the time of entering into the contract for the contract work and while the contract work is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at www.fsc.gov.au.
