Tender Description
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Construction of a purpose built facility to relocate Lake Macquarie Community Mental Health Service [LMMHS] and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services [CAHMS] onto a site owned and occupied by Hunter New England Local Health District. The new facility will consist of waiting and consult rooms as well as staff office accommodation.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
Note: Tender Documentation Volume 1 (Commercial Clauses) Has Not Been Finalised And Will Be Issued As An Addendum In The Near Future.
