Request for Expressions of Interest Pilbara Ports Authority 2016 Maintenance Dredging Campaign at Port of Port Hedland

⁠⁠⁠Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA) is undertaking a two phase procurement process for its 2016 Maintenance Dredging Campaign at the Port of Port Hedland. PPA is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) as the first phase of the procurement process.

EOIs must be submitted by interested parties in accordance with the Request for EOI documentation, which can be downloaded at: http://www.pilbaraports.com.au/Home/Planning-and-Development/EOI-and-RFP. EOIs close at 1600hrs WST on Friday 4 March 2016. EOIs are to be submitted by email and clearly marked “Tender Reference T6/16”.

Interested parties are advised that a Request for Tender (RFT) process will be undertaken as the second phase of the procurement process, following PPA’s evaluation of submitted EOIs and shortlisting of selected respondents. Only shortlisted respondents from the EOI process will be invited to participate in the RFT process(anticipated to take place in March and April 2016 with anticipated award of a contract by 1 July 2016).

An EOI briefing session will be held at the time and location provided below. Parties intending to submit an EOI that wish to attend are required to register representatives (maximum of two persons) with PPA. Registration details are provided in the Request for EOI documentation on PPA’s website.
