This technical specification shall be read together with the supporting documentation to this document, .
The schedule sets out the minimum service requirement as specified in the Schedule of Rates.
It is essential that the Tenderer has adequate facilities and experience in the execution of work of this type and has suitable labour to deploy to this work as and when required and have competence either from within the company or from reputable specialist contractors, to support their experience with the BMS relevant to each of the buildings where they are installed. System such as I/Net 7, Allan Bradley, TAC controls are generally the systems found prevalent within the Council buildings.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to establish the type/supplier for each of the BMS arrangements within each building. Also have the ability to read and reprogram "Carrier" chiller software.
A Tender Briefing Will be Held Monday 22 February 2016 at 10.30am in The Function Room
City of Darwin Civic Centre, Harry Chan Avenue, Darwin.
