Expressions of Interest to Engage Real Estate Consultant to sell Council's Surplus Properties

⁠⁠⁠Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from Real Estate Consultants whose companies are registered as Members of REIWA to sell Council's surplus properties at Market Valuations.

Real Estate Consultants are required to detail relevant information regarding their companies including their appropriate commission for each sale of property or properties as listed in Council's documentation.

The list of properties are available on application to Council and technical enquiries can be directed to the Chief Executive Officer on phone: 9629-1101, or 0429-376-223.

All Expressions of Interest are to be submitted through (see option below) no later than 12:00pm on Wednesday 2nd March 2016. Any Expression of Interest not necessarily accepted.
