Tender Description
The works under this Contract consist of removal of trees and associated vegetation, and reconstruction and sealing of shoulders on Illaroo Road between Ironbark Road and Browns Mountain Road Tapitallee.
The scope of work under the Contract shall be for all works as described in the Contract Documents that is necessary to provide works that are suitable for the intended purpose, and includes, but is not limited to the following:
* Location of underground services prior to excavation
* Removal of trees and vegetation
* Excavation and removal from site of existing shoulder material
* Construction and sealing of shoulders at various locations
* Linemarking
The Contractor shall allow for all other work not listed separately but necessary to fulfil the scope and true intent of the Contract documents.
The Contractor shall be responsible to supply all labour, plant, materials and services necessary to provide works that are suitable for their intended purpose.
