ESC Surf Beach Specialty Waste Centre (Design & Construction)

⁠⁠⁠Eurobodalla Shire Council (ESC) is inviting submissions for the design and construction of the Surf Beach Specialty Waste Centre.

This project is to design and construct a user-friendly specialty waste centre and includes but is not limited to the following:
* Site survey, to the extent required to locate and design the works
* Site investigation for footing design
* Supply of detailed civil, structural, building and services designs
* Building services are to include electricity supply and internal wiring to 2 double GPO's at eastern end, energy efficient lighting, stormwater design including rainwater tank and re-cycle pump
* Submission of documentation to Council for design approval
* Construction of the facility
* Commissioning and proving the operation of the facility.
* Provision of As-Built drawings
* Provision of As-Built drawings and documentation on the design, installation, operation and maintenance of complete system
