Quotation for Sale by Offer for Vehicle Number

⁠⁠⁠Council offers for sale by way of written quotation the following vehicles:

Plant No. 7: Hyundai Tourer Active Wagon, Automatic, approximately 63,000kms
Plant No. 8: Holden Captiva LTZ 5 AWD, Automatic, approximately 55,00kms
Plant No. 11: Holden Commodore Omega Sedan, Automatic, approximately 38,000kms
Plant No. 17: Holden Commodore, Omega Wagon, Automatic, approximately 80,000kms
Plant No. 57: Holden Captiva LT 5 AWD, Automatic, approximately 66,500kms
Plant No. 19: Holden Colorado, Crew Cab, 2wd, Automatic, approximately 38,000kms
Plant No. 29: 2wd,Toyota Utility, tray back, Tipper, Manual approximately 63,500km
Plant No. 37: 2wd,Toyota Utility, tray back, Manual approximately 61,500km
Plant No. 39: 2wd,Toyota Utility, tray back, Manual approximately 65,500km

The vehicles will be registered and disposed of in ‘as is’ condition. The highest or any quotation is not necessarily accepted. Young Shire Council to retain YSC number plates.

Council will not supply the vehicle to the intended purchaser until the replacement vehicle is provided to Council. The quotation is to remain valid for this delivery period.

The vehicles will be available for inspection on Wednesday 10th February 2016, between 9:00am and 10:30am at the Council Depot Car Park, Glensloy Street, Young. These vehicles are not available for test driving.

Quotations should be submitted on the Quotation Specifi cation form in a plain envelope and clearly marked “Quotation No: 272 – Offer for vehicle number xxx” and submitted by either; Mail to General Manager, Locked Bag 5, Young NSW 2569; Email to mail@young.nsw.gov.au; or in person into Council’s customers service desk located in the foyer at the Town Hall, Boorowa Street, Young NSW.

Submissions must be received on or before Wednesday 24th February 2016, 12.00pm.
