Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of Bearings & Associated Products for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for a further two (2) years.
HWC preference is to contract all of the Bearings & Associated products used within the day to day operations of its business to a single Contractor who is able to supply a twenty four (24) hour delivery service to sites located within the Corporation's area of operations.
There are in excess of 300 various bearings & associated products used through out the Corporations area of operations. The Corporation dose not carry stock of these items within it warehouse system, instead preferring to carry stock for emergency / breakdown requirements within our field services vehicles and have items required for scheduled maintenance work delivered directly to the specific site.
The Corporation is looking for an innovative supplier with ideas that could stream line the supply, delivery and ordering processes which could provide a more efficient and productive process for our field staff and technicians.
