Printers & Multi Function Devices - Supply, Delivery, Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠University of Southern Queensland. Invitation to tender. Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Operator Training and On-Going Maintenance and Reporting of Networked Printers and Multifunction Devices (MFD). Reference Number: USQ1365.

The University of Southern Queensland which in this Offer includes Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Ipswich and Springfield campuses, invites responses from suitably qualified suppliers to enter into a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the above requirement.

The SOA will run for an initial thirty six (36) months with the option for the University to extend the SOA for a further two (2) x twelve (12) month periods (maximum contract periods of 60 months).
