Tender Description
Four areas of landslip have occurred on Mt Nimmel Road, Neranwood, three minor slips on the upslope cut batter and a larger area of landslip on the downslope side of the road. The Principal requires a suitably experienced and resourced contractor to undertake the following scope of work:
Design Phase:
* Inspection, engineering assessment and preliminary design for all four landslip areas
* Detailed design documentation for landslip areas A,B,C and D
Construction Phase:
* Construction works landslip areas A,B,C and D
Rectification methods could comprise of, but are not limited to, bored piles, gabions, concrete canvas, compacted fill batter or an environmentally planted rock protection system.
