Summary of Requirements
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the operational management of The Ridge Golf Course and Driving Range located on Recreational Drive, Barden Ridge for a period of three (3) years.

The operational management includes, but is not limited to, provision of the following:
* Service and facilities
* Marketing and communications
* Finance and performance
* Management and administration

The purpose of a short-term licence agreement is to enable Council to use this period to review and confirm the vision for The Ridge Sports Complex, with a view to then seeking a longer-term licence agreement with a suitable organisation.

A detailed specification of the extent of the operational management is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document.
