Minor Mains Replacement Programme

⁠⁠⁠Shoalhaven Water ('Principal') intends to replace various minor water mains throughout the Shoalhaven Water area over the next five years.

The annual water main replacement project consists of replacing approximately a total of 12.0 km of existing mains which are less than DN100 with appropriately sized mains (nominally DN100 and DN150).

The estimated value of the overall project is in the order of $1.5 M per annum over the next two years (2014/2015).

Shoalhaven Water will deliver the works in a number of packages and will invite Tenders for each package only from the Contractors appointed to the panel. Individual work projects may range from $25,000 up to $350,000 (approx.).

Work packages may comprise of single or multiple projects.
