The Opportunity To supply Photography services at a prestigious 5-Star fine dining event for between 550-750 guests from 5:00pm to 9:30pm. Photography services will commence with images of the entire room including table decorations and displays. It will also include the Pre-Dinner Networking Drinks in addition to the Event itself. We also require a basic studio setup with backdrop for more personalised images. Images to be supplied in high resolution and all photos remain the property of Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers (BFVG). There will be no sale of images to Patrons and no images are to be used on Social Media or sent to Newspapers without prior approval from BFVG.

Assessment Criteria
The Photography tender shall include, but is not limited to:
* Room reveal images including the decorations and decor, table placement and meals
* Images of Guests and Orchestra at the Pre-Dinner Networking Event 5:30pm-6:45pm
* Images of Guests at the Gala Dinner Event from 6:45pm onwards including group shots, partner images and table shots
* Provision of a basic studio setup. If the studio is left unattended a notice must be erected informing guests when the studio will open again
* Images of sponsorship displays including machinery,‘Grand Stand’ displaysand representatives
* Supply of images in high resolution to BFVG within two weeks from the Event

Site Visit
To assist in your Quoting process we have arranged for a site visit to the Venue Wednesday 10th February, 2016. BFVG will advise available viewing times once an expression of interest is received.

Important Dates
This EOI opens Saturday 23/01/2016 and closes 10:00am Monday 08/02/2016.

Tenders need to be received by COB 29/02/2016. Successful tenders will be advised by Monday 07/03/2016.
