To supply the theming decoration and decor at a prestigious 5-Star fine dining event for between 550-750 guests. Guests will commence networking during the Pre-Dinner Drinks event; they will then be invited to enter the Grand Arena Complex with the ‘Night under the Stars’ theme. Guests will be seated at round tables (tenper table) to enjoy a night of networking, savouring the horticulture produce inspired menu. The Head Decorator will liaise directly with Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers (BFVG) on theme, decor and sponsor profiling, to present a ‘mood board’ of concepts as part of the tender.

Assessment Criteria
The Decorating and Decor tender shall include, but is not limited to:
* Overlay table cloths (3 metres) and napkins
* Table decorations–particularly table centre pieces and table identification
* Room decor and design – working with the graphic designer on Sponsorship Acknowledgments
* Coordination with Lighting Manager to obtain the ‘Night under the Stars’ Theme
* Highlighting the display features around the room (tractors, trucks, machinery etc)
* Provide block-out areas for Band / Catering access
* Provide ‘rustic’ spirits bar theming and Main Stage backdrop
* Patron signage where needed
* Suitable licensing and Insurance to perform these duties

Site Visit
To assist in your Quoting process we have arranged for a site visit to the Venue Wednesday 10th February, 2016. BFVG will advise available viewing times once an expression of interest is received.

This EOI opens Saturday 23/01/2016 and closes 10:00am Monday 08/02/2016.

Tenders need to be received by COB 29/02/2016. Successful tenders will be advised by Monday 07/03/2016.
