The listed items are for sale by closed tender and are offered on a ‘as is, where is’ basis. Inspection of the plant and vehicles can be arranged by contacting the DASC Workshop Manager.

In accordance with Section 177 (7) (b) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010, Council may negotiate with all persons who have submitted a tender to change their tender specifications after the closing date specified by Council.

The highest tender or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Tenders addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and endorsed “Ten 16/03 Registers” must be lodged at Council’s Administration Centre, Sharpe Street Doomadgee QLD 4830 no later than 2.00pm on Wednesday 3 of February 2016.
