Coolum Beach Holiday Park Management Services

⁠⁠⁠Coolum Beach Holiday Park is situated on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, fronting Coolum Beach. The holiday park enjoys a great waterfront location and is close to a shopping and restaurant precinct.

The holiday park includes 220 powered tourist sites, 6 (six) cabins and 17 permanent sites. The park has three  (3) amenity buildings, a camp kitchen and two (2) BBQ shelters.

Tenders are invited for the provision of management services at the Coolum Beach Holiday Park for a term of four (4) years, commencing 1 July 2016 and expiring on 30 June 2020.

The contract requires the successful respondent to manage the day to day operations of the holiday park.
