The Tender Contract requires the selected Contractor to undertake a major refurbishment/upgrade of the existing old Theatre Block of the Dubbo Base Hospital to accommodate the Dubbo Renal Dialysis unit.

The Dubbo Base Hospital Redevelopment - Renal Refurbishment works will include the design development where required, documentation and construction of all works specifically described in the contract documents.
