Request for Tender T 16 03.
Description: Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking Tender submissions from suitably experienced firms or persons for the construction of the Houston Mitchell Drive Stages 2 and 3.
A tender briefing will be held at 10.00am on Friday 29 January 2016. Refer tender documents for details.
Tenders should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and deposited in the correct tender box located in the foyer at Council's Port Macquarie Office, Burrawan Street prior to the closing time and date of the request. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Tenders should be marked as follows:
Construction of the Houston Mitchell Drive Stages 2 and 3, T 16 03, Tender Box, Ground Floor, Port Macquarie Hastings Council, Cnr Lord & Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444.
Submissions will be received up until 11:00am on Thursday 18 February 2016. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
