Teacher Housing Authority of NSW - Property Refurbishment to Residences

Tenders are invited for the propety refurbishment works to a total of Sixteen (16) dwellings within one (1) contract.

The Refurbishment Project includes properties in the regional NSW township of:

Barham: Refurbishments - 8 Houses & 8 Units.

Tenderers are to submit tenders for refurbishment works to all dwellings listed above. These works will run concurrently, within the same contract.

Tender forms and documentation must be obtained and read prior to attending the mandatory site meeting. All tender forms and documentation can be obtained following registration on the eTendering website.
